Returns or exchanges will be accepted when the return is received within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Customer is responsible for shipping and cost of any returns. Please ship all returns with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that are delivered to the wrong address.

Shoes can only be returned if there is no evidence of try-on and the shoes are returned in the same condition. Creased vamps or marked outer soles or heels are not eligible for re-stocking.
Shoes that have been altered will not be accepted for return.
No refunds on custom made services and products including bespoke shoes, molded shoes, repairs, prescriptions or arches and orthotic insoles
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for re-stocking & processing of up to 10%* on returned items which may be deducted from your refund.
*Due to changes in PayPal refund policies, beginning on October 11, 2019 we will deduct a 5% processing fee from all PayPal refunds.
