Returns or exchanges will be accepted when the return is received by us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Shoes can only be returned if there is no evidence of try-on. Creased vamps or marked outsoles or heels are not eligible for re-stocking.
Shoes that have been altered will not be accepted for return.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including returns. We do not refund any shipping costs.
No exchange, refund, or credit on sale merchandise .
No refunds on custom made services and products including bespoke shoes, molded shoes, repairs, prescriptions or arches and orthotic insoles .
We reserve the right in some cases to charge an additional fee for re-stocking & processing of 10% on returned items which may be deducted from your refund.
